My Collection - Coins & Medals

From the 60’s until today many medals have been coined. In 1971, “The Lincoln Mint, USA” published a complete, limited edition of 36 silver medals as subscription, showing motives of John F. Kennedy’s complete life. Democratic as well as non-democratic countries have coined memorial medals in the past, and again on the occasion of the several different anniversary years. Among them rare exemplars from Israel, France, Holland, Canada, Niue or China. Many pieces are also coming from Germany (many with Berlin motives).

The most popular coin is the half-dollar with Kennedy theme, of course, that has been out there since 1967 constantly, each on the current year, made of nickel or silver.
